My first glimpse of Nebraska. Sign taken on US 73-159 south of Falls City. Look carefully under the "m" in "Home" and you will see a US 159 shield.
Sign assembly in Auburn. Nebraska shields often have this same font.
Nebraska seems to use this style sign for highway junctions rather than the plain JCT US XX style most states use. This type sign is very practical in my opinion.
