Delaware State Capital
Court Street travels west from U.S. 13 (Dupont Highway) and Bay Road (Old U.S. 113) to the Delaware State Capital outside of downtown Dover. Court Street spans the St. Jones River and partitions into Duke of York Street west and William Penn Street east at the building. Photo taken 08/05/07.
