Eisenhower Boulevard, the frontage road system of the fledgling Veterans Expressway, began via the off-ramp at Exit 3. Eisenhower Boulevard represents the original expressway connection (old SR 589) to Hillsborough Avenue (SR 580) from SR 60. 08/20/06
