The former left exit for Independence Parkway from SR 589 north was repurposed as a right side exit from the inner roadway of SR 60 (Memorial Highway) westbound. 01/02/06

A two lane off-ramp departed SR 589 at Exit 3 onto Eisenhower Boulevard. Eisenhower Boulevard parallels the toll road north to SR 580 (Hillsborough Avenue). 01/02/06

The mileage sign for Waters Avenue (Exit 6A) and Anderson Road (Exit 6B) after Johns Road was somewhat misleading, since CR 584 only follows Waters Avenue. 03/25/07
