The former left exit for Independence Parkway from SR 589 north was repurposed as a right side exit from the inner roadway of SR 60 (Memorial Highway) westbound. 01/02/06

A two lane off-ramp departed SR 589 at Exit 3 onto Eisenhower Boulevard. Eisenhower Boulevard parallels the toll road north to SR 580 (Hillsborough Avenue). 01/02/06

The first main line toll plaza was located at the Anderson Road off-ramp (Exit 6B). It was replaced by an electronic toll collection gantry. 03/25/07
The forthcoming toll plaza at the Anderson Road off-ramp (Exit 6B) was replaced by an All Electronic Tolling (AET) Gantry as part of the Veterans Expressway upgrade. 11/05/13
