Prior to 2019, Exit 67 joined I-40 west with both NC 108 and U.S.74. 08/13/04

Replaced overhead posted within the cloverleaf interchange (Exit 49) with U.S. 64 on I-26/U.S. 25-74 north. The new assembly installed by 2010 included the removal of overhead lighting. 05/31/07
