The replacements of these overheads for I-26 east and I-77 included an incorrect right-hand exit tab for the left-hand ramp to Charlotte. 01/18/04

Expansion of Interstate 26 to six overall lanes south of I-77 resulted in the left-hand lane becoming optional for both Exit 116 and the freeway mainline. Arrow per lane (APL) signs were installed to show this lane allocation in 2016. 10/13/14
