Interstate 64 Missouri


This suite of photos shows the eastbound I-64/U.S. 40 between Town and Country and Richmond Heights before the "New I-64" project redesigned the roadway. Photos also show replaced guide signs and previous interchange layouts throughout I-64 in Missouri.

This ramp was relocated to the south as the loop ramp from I-64 west to Brentwood Boulevard was removed during the New I-64 project. 10/16/04

Signals serve a number of retail establishments, eateries and the Saint Louis Galleria mall between Interstate 64 and Galleria Parkway along Brentwood Boulevard. 10/16/04

A Interstate 170 trailblazer, since removed, directed motorists onto Galleria Parkway east from Brentwood Boulevard north to make the connection to the freeway north to Olivette and University City. Photos taken 10/16/04

A three-quarter diamond interchange originally joined Galleria Parkway with Interstate 170. Ramps on the south side of the arterial were removed, leaving a lone northbound ramp. 10/16/04

Galleria Parkway east completed the surface movement between I-64/U.S. 40 east to Interstate 170 north. Since this photo was taken, the Richmond Heights Metrolink Station was added in the background as well. 10/16/04

The interchange sequence sign posted ahead of Exit 31A was revised to show both Hanley Road and Brentwood Boulevard. 12/20/09

Sign changes made between 2009 and 2013 on I-64/U.S. 40-61 west revised the Exit number for I-270 from 25A/B to 25. 12/20/09
