Completed in 2016, a DDI (Exit 100) was constructed along I-73/U.S. 421 north at Gate City Boulevard (SR 4121) on this stretch. 12/21/08

Sign changes had yet to be made restoring I-40 through Greensboro. I-40 replaced Business Loop I-40 in September 2008. 12/21/08
