This overhead posted ahead of Exit 6 with N.C. 89 was replaced and now displays one quarter of a mile. 10/05/01

Both guide signs posted at the parclo interchange (Exit 6) along I-74 east were replaced by 2014. These panels are no longer lighted as well. 10/05/01

Guide signs for Exit 70 at High Point were replaced to reflect the name change of Kivett Drive to Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. 08/06/13

The temporary east end of the High Point Bypass was at Business Loop I-85/U.S. 29-70. I-74 opened southeast to Glenola in November 2010. 07/09/10

A U.S. 311 trailblazer directed traffic onto U.S. 29/70 south from the High Point bypass to Main Street (former U.S. 311 through Archdale). 07/09/10

U.S. 52 (Future I-42) leads north from I-40 through Winston-Salem to the continuation of I-74. 07/09/10

Exit 108B previously connected U.S. 52 with adjacent Vargrave Street via a modified trumpet interchange. 07/09/10

Exit 108C was a parclo interchange joining U.S. 52 with Stadium Drive and Vargrave Street south at Winston-Salem State University. 07/09/10
