I-85 South Carolina - North


Sign replacements made by 2012 for Exit 72 were not updated to reflect an extension of I-585 to I-85. The freeway portion of U.S. 176 begins just east of I-85 at Fairforest Road, but all of the route is shielded as I-585. 06/01/07

Exit 72 departed I-85 north at the S.C. 56 overpass for I-585/U.S. 176 east to Spartanburg and U.S. 176 northwest to Inman. 09/05/04

Clearview font based signs replaced these overheads on I-85 north at U.S. 221 (Exit 78) by 2012. 09/05/04

The remaining signs along I-85 north to the North Carolina state line were replaced by 2012. Changes made at Exit 82 replaced Frontage Road with Bud Arthur Bridge Road. 06/01/07

Exit 82 provided the first of two access points from I-85 northbound for adjacent Bud Arthur Bridge Road. 06/01/07

Northbound at the slip ramp onto adjacent Bud Arthur Bridge Road, which links I-85 north with S.C. 110 to nearby Cowpens. 06/01/07

Exit 87 was previously a modified diamond interchange utilizing the adjacent frontage roads. 12/15/16
