Interstate 95 New Hampshire


This one-mile overhead for New Hampshire 101 went by the wayside during the 2010 project to add open road tolling to the forthcoming main line toll plaza. 07/29/07

A look at the original toll booth array along Interstate 95 north at Hampton. Revisions to the plaza eliminated booths to the left to accommodate the all electronic tolling lanes. 07/29/07

Exit 3 departs Interstate 95 northbound onto New Hampshire 33 (Greenland Road). New Hampshire 33 travels west from U.S. 1 in Portsmouth five miles to Greenland and Stratham (junction NH 106).
These overheads were replaced and now the NH 33 sign is posted prior at ground level. 07/29/07

This sign bridge preceding the New Hampshire 33 (Greenland Road) overpass was removed by 2008, with the overheads moved to the adjacent bridge. 07/29/07

These sets of overheads were replaced by 2011 with a new APL sign. The replacement properly shows three through lanes here for I-95 north. 07/29/07

The left-hand ramp to U.S. 4 and NH 16 north veers away from Interstate 95 north as Exit 5 departs for U.S. 1 Bypass into Portsmouth. 07/29/07

This sign bridge for Exit 6 at the U.S. 4 & NH 16 underpass was taken down and replaced with a new assembly further ahead of Woodbury Avenue by 2013. 07/29/07
