Former mileage sign along I-295 north of Pritchard Road. I-95 and SR 9A (now I-295) were still 11 and 12 miles out while eight miles separated the West Beltway from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). This sign was replaced sometime after April 2011. 12/14/07

Prior signage located at the loop ramp for U.S. 1/23 north (Exit 28B) to Callahan. The entire assembly was relocated and replaced after Spring 2011 to give more advanced warning of the upcoming ramp. 12/14/07

SR 9A once continued east and south along the freeway from I-5 in Northside to reach U.S. 17 and beyond. In 2012, I-295 overtook its counterpart along the entire 26 mile long East Beltway. 07/04/06
