Florida State Road 21

Florida State Road 21 along Blanding Boulevard through the Jacksonville suburbs of Middleburg and Orange Park has undergone significant growth since the mid 2000s. Continued expansion of suburban areas in Clay County further adds traffic and development along the major arterial route.
