U.S. 13 Delaware - North


A set of 30 inch Eagle flatback signals remained in use at Walnut and 14th Streets until sometime after 2008. 03/30/04

Referencing the pre-1970 alignment of U.S. 13 through the city, span wire supported signs marked the US 13 Business northbound turn onto Market Street in Wilmington. Sign replacements made by 2008 also omitted the Business designation. June 2000

Approaching 26th Street, motorists on Market Street north passed by this trailblazer for U.S. 13 Business. The shield and Business banner fell off after 2012. 08/07/04

30 inch Eagle flatback traffic lights were used at most of the north Wilmington signalized intersections to 2000. These were all replaced over time. Span wire signals were added here at 26th Street after 2008. 08/07/04

Replaced pedestal signals at the intersection of Market and 27th Streets. U.S. 13 Business passes by the Crestview Apartments in this scene. Mast arm supported signals were added here after 2008. 08/07/04

Span wire traffic lights were added in place of these pedestal signals at 28th Street after 2008. 08/07/04

This set of ground level signals at Market and 36th Streets was replaced by 2012 with span wire assemblies. 08/07/04

Mast-arm supported traffic lights replaced these pedestal signals at 40th Street after 2008. 08/07/04
