U.S. 92 Florida - East


Former reassurance marker posted at the U.S. 92 merge from 4th Street N (SR 687) onto Gandy Boulevard (SR 600) east. The replacement omitted a trailblazer for the Crosstown Expressway. 06/21/06

Entering the intersection with Westshore Boulevard (CR 587) on U.S. 92 east from when Gandy Boulevard consisted of a five-lane arterial with a continuous center turn lane. 06/21/06

This was one of four types of trailblazers used for the Tampa Crosstown Expressway. This shield posted on U.S. 92 east after Westshore Boulevard. It was replaced as part of an area wide resigning project after the Crosstown Expressway was rebranded as simply the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway on July 28, 2008. 01/14/08

Former span-wire supported signals at U.S. 92 (Gandy Boulevard) and Manhattan Avenue. Manhattan Avenue north was historically a part of Florida Secondary 600A. 06/21/06

A guide sign with the old Crosstown Expressway trailblazer was amended by 2007 with the newer design and replaced entirely by 2009 during Gandy Boulevard reconstruction. 05/11/07

This set of overheads at the loop ramp for SR 618 east from U.S. 92 (Gandy Boulevard) east was augmented with a new trailblazer for the Crosstown by November 2007 and replaced by March 2009. 05/11/07

A ground level trailblazer followed at the loop ramp for the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway beginning. 05/11/07

The MacDill AFB overhead at the northern turn of U.S. 92 from Gandy Boulevard was replaced to include SR 573, the designation for the southernmost Dale Mabry Highway. 08/20/06
