Construction from 2014 to 2018 replaced the often congested intersection joining U.S. 92 with 4th Street N and Roosevelt Boulevard with an elevated roadway for Gandy Boulevard. 11/08/06

The original westbound roadway of Gandy Boulevard was repurposed as a north side frontage road for the Gandy Freeway. 11/08/06

The U.S. 92 west end was previously unmarked with no shields posted for either U.S. 19 Alternate or SR 595. 12/27/00
