Retracted the 292 for now. Multitasking is a poor way of doing things.

I'm really starting to think that we don't need to accelerate the game as much at the high numbers like I was planning. So I am proposing a new schedule:

301-1000: Advance after 10 hours. (This stretch of the game would last about 10 months.)
1001-3000: Advance after 2 hours. (This stretch would last about 6 months.)
3001+: Advance for each post. (For example, if you post 3001, and your next number is 3004, you have to wait three posts before posting 3004.)

Thoughts?

Unsurprisingly, I have dozens of I-285s to choose from, so I'll give you this old state-name shield. It wouldn't surprise me if this dates back to when this was the north end of Decatur's Business US 29 (decomissioned ~1986).

Meant to go on this trip before we got to 281, but ended up not being able to, mostly due to weather (rain or excessive heat, take your pick.) X-(

But, I was able to do it yesterday, and got a few other routes to go along with it, so:

The west end of IA-281 at the Waterloo city limit. If you look in the background, you'll see an unusual white "Waterloo" city name sign.

Then rather taking the quickest route, I took a detour along the short routes of IA-8 and IA-96 (which, IMO, should just be one route using a concurrency with US-63; just look at a map and see if you don't agree.)

This is the west end of IA-8 at US-63 in the downtown of Traer.

And here is the east end of IA-96 at US-63.
