There are a couple of things I noticed on Google maps tonight that I thought I'd post it here to see if it can be fixed. Both are in Florida, more specifically in Lee County (Fort Myers/Lehigh Acres area):

https://www.google.com/maps/@26.6634298,-81.6061943,13z

Joel Boulevard between Lehigh Acres and SR 80 is labeled as both CR 884 and SR 873 when it should only be shown as the former. SR 873 has been decommissioned since the late 1970s/early 1980s. I will say personally I enjoy seeing this decommissioned numbering, but it is an error nonetheless.

Published, give it a day to reflect on Maps.  (Doesn't mean Google might not revert it in their infinite wisdom.   :banghead: )

Hey thanks for having this one cleared up! I actually forgot about sending in that request until today. Yes, SR 78 is still labeled on the CR 78 portion, but if you zoom in close enough you get both state and county shields. I might try the link you posted and make my suggestion, just to see what happens.

The road attribute was already set to "unpaved".

Since there isn't any street view and no easy way to tell what's private vs public I changed the road priority from the split south all the way to old ashland road to be "terminal" instead of "local".

That will prevent the navigation application from trying to use that routing for any through traffic.

Thanks much.  Wonder why it didn't show up as unpaved when I got directions sending me through there, but no biggie.

Just had to bump this thread when I found an error in Springfield, MA.  There is a mix of MA 20A and ALT US 20 shields along Carew St.  The ALT US 20 shields are incorrect.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

My request about Shell reverted back.  We do not close at 5 pm!!!

The POI shows as a claimed business, so likely it's being uploaded directly from whoever owns the POI.   I took a quick look on the history tab and saw lots of updates from Google.  Does Shell maintain any central data that they provide to Google for all stations?

You can go directly to this link and edit the hours https://mapmaker.google.com/mapmaker?gw=39&fid=0x8644cc3933b99d73:0x58605f91a60385c5

In Chicagoland, the WB I-90 ramps to/from Meacham Road (which opened before Thanksgiving 2016) need to be added.  The aerial imagery shows the ramps under construction:  Link.

Looks like something amok with the replication of features from mapmaker to maps so it's taking a bit longer than normal.

Still seeing ALT US 20 signs in Springfield, MA.  Should me MA 20A.

Fairly major error in central Pennsylvania near the MD state line: Williamsport Pike south of Greencastle, PA, which is an unnumbered road, is shown as partly PA 63 and partly PA 887. 63 has never existed here (though it does exist in the Philly area), despite it becoming MD 63 at the Mason-Dixon line, and PA 887 has never existed anywhere, so I don't know where they got that number from. (Note that PA 163 at the MD line briefly turns down Williamsport Pike to end at MD 63.)
Mileage-based exit numbering implies the existence of mileage-cringe exit numbering.

When making requests, be sure to include a link to the location on Google maps.  Much easier to find if you do so (and therefore more likely that someone can follow up).

Here's the link for the ALT US 20 Error:

Also found a single Route 31 shield on the CT side of the MA border.  MA 31 ends at the border.  CT 31 is about 30 miles from there:

GoogleMaps is routing people through a parking garage (the turn right off of the South Mall). I doubt it is possible to do this without going through ticket and pay gates.

WA 209 doesn't exist anymore (it was removed in 1991), but it is still showing up on Google Maps. https://www.google.com/maps/@47.7751907,-120.6497503,12.96z?hl=en

Also, WA 207 does not go north of Chiwawa Loop Road: https://www.google.com/maps/@47.8114312,-120.7161012,17.25z?hl=en

Finally, WA 603 was decommissioned in 1991 and also is still on Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/@46.5631829,-122.8570471,11.96z?hl=en

What I'm seeing is that there's a veer right within the tunnel followed by a right turn outside to Madison Ave., which has full street view and does not appear to have any signs restricting that usage or any ticket or gates. Seems like a viable route to me, even if it's a little convoluted.

So, drive through the loading dock.  Pfft.  Ridiculous.

I'm not going to disagree that it's ridiculous, but you'll have to take that up with your state, since that appears to be an officially posted route for accessing additional parking areas off Madison. There isn't a way to restrict that segment without either it becoming entirely useless or breaking directions that tell people to take Swan to the arterial to access the Interstate. If you adjust the destination marker, you'll find that there's only 3 blocks worth of destinations that actually use that particular routing (SE of Eagle it uses the Madison exit from the Interstate, and NW of Swan it goes through Washington Park, so it seems to be routing pretty much the way it should.

Given the situation, the directions need to state that you follow the additional parking signs or signs for P-1 South.  Just a blank "turn right" causes confusion ("Really?  I turn here?").

Bring up the directions and click the Send Feedback link at the bottom right and report that. A lot of the minutiae of directions (lane assist, exit numbers, "follow signs for", and so forth) can only be modified by Google themselves.

Someone marked Palouse Cove Road near Palouse, WA as an extension of Idaho 66. The road is not a state highway in Washington.

Another nitpick:

https://goo.gl/maps/YKv6mrN5VS92

This section of Thunder Road (to the rear parking lot, anyway) is only for authorized vehicles for the Colonie Fire Department (see pavement markings/signs:  https://goo.gl/maps/2oNeLLNAeNC2).

Google typically routes you around it, but it seems it is still possible to be routed on the illegal side road.  There are a lot of Village offices behind the Fire Department, so this could be an issue.
