We seem to have met our match with 766, but I noticed I never posted the TM "hints".  A couple of these are a little bit promising.

I-24 @ Exit 74 Junction with I-840 @ Exit 53?

Exit Numbers, in addition to Route Numbers, would make Differences a little easier, but that has not been the game to this point

That said, I'm heading toward Nashville in the not too distant future...

KY 826 @ US 60 is east of Lexington...thats about an 11-12 hour roundtrip road trip for me

Jim

Looks like I missed some exit numbers in my list.  I normally delete them manually.  Those are not valid.

Our hbelkins' Millennium Highways to the rescue; he photographed Kentucky Routes 773 and 7 back in April 2009.

773 - 7 = 766

(I tried to get a shot of MD 910 and MD 144 and couldn't get them in focus together, as they're too far apart.)

So, now we're looking for 767...

Jim

Months to get 766, minutes to get 767.

I-840 - I-73 = 767 in North Carolina.  July 16, 2018.

As an aside, the author of the story is complaining about the lack of a "Greensboro"  Control or Guide sign, leaving the Airport that serves Greensboro...Legit gripe, imho. Probably should eliminate "Asheboro,"  move "Winston-Salem"  down, and insert "Greensboro"  onto the I-73 South BGS Controls Top Line

Or better yet, Winston-Salem might be better served routed to follow I-73 North to NC 68 South, leaving I-73 South Controls of Greensboro and Asheboro. I would probably dump Martinsville to get I-73 North down to 2 Controls, but maybe High Point

Answer is Correct, but the Equation is not...
KY 841 - I-65 = 776

I will continue, using another image from the Gene Snyder Freeway, crediting the collection here @ aaroads.com

841 - 64 = 777

Jim

The revival of the addition thread got me to check on this one, and I see I never posted the TM hints for our next needed number.  NY 46/NY 825 and I-880/US 101 look promising for 779.  780 will be easy for those of us near Troy.
