VA 156(known as VA 156 Business in some places but technically VA 156) as I must use it to drive anywhere outside of my subdivision

I-30 between Dallas and Little Rock. I traveled up and down that interstate many, many times as I was growing up.

I-75/85 or I-285. Really, I travel on SR 279 (Old National Highway), probably, the most.

Be well,

In my entire life probably Illinois Route 38, since I used to live right on it when I lived in Illinois for 9 years.

Next would probably be Idaho SH 55, since I also lived where I pretty much have to drive on it to get anywhere.

As far as interstates, I'd say my top 10 probably goes something like this

1) I-84 (Idaho)
2) I-5 (Washington)
3) I-90 (Washington)
4) I-88 (Illinois)
5) I-70 (Ohio)
6) I-82 (Washington)
7) I-71 (Ohio)
8) I-84 (Oregon)
9) I-65 (Indiana)
10) I-70 (Indiana)

with I-80 in Wyoming and I-25 in Colorado quickly catching up

More nationally
1) I-84
2) I-5
3) I-90
4) I-88
5) I-70
6) I-82
7) I-80
8) I-71
9) I-40
10) I-65

I drive I-5 every single day.

1) SR 531...the only way out of my housing subdivision
2) SR 9
3) I-5
4) I-405
5) I-90
6) SR 528
7) US 2

WillWeaverRVA

US 33, US 250, I-295, and I-64 (don't use 95 as much as I used to, US 1 seems faster between Ashland and Ladysmith)

VA-169 (live just off of it), US-258 (have to take it to get anywhere), and I-64. All of those I drive just about every day, but that's about it for numbered highways.

After VA 156 Business, I'd add VA 156, VA 106, VA 36, VA 144, VA 10, I-295, I-95, US 460, and US 301

Wow, not sure how to even rank this.

My top 10, in some order, would be MN 36, I-35W, I-35E, MN 100, MN 65, I-694, I-94, MN 280, I-394 and the no-longer-extant MN 49.

It occurs to me that I have spent 75% of my life living within a block or two of a decommissioned trunk highway: US 212 through Minneapolis, MN-49, MN-152 and I now live on the former route of US 52.

Highway  11/17 (in Ontario) probably drive on it 2-5 times a day.

Define "highway". If we're talking limited access, than the highway I've been on the most times in my life is likely the Merritt Parkway (CT 15), with only I-95 potentially giving it a run for it money. If any numbered road will do, then the answer is CT 137... which I've lived almost right off of for 13 years and have lived near for most of my life.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

I have done Interstate 95 in Delaware more than any other stretch of freeway. My eyes have also seen the Newark area state routes (DE 2, DE 4, DE 72, DE 273, DE 896) thousands of times.

Interstate 10 between Pensacola and Mobile ranks pretty high too.
