Most US designations terminate while the alignment is a local road or arterial. However some end as full freeways.

US 7's Southern terminus at Norwalk, CT is a freeway.
US 13's northern terminus at Morrisville, PA is a freeway.
US 15's northern terminus is one.
US 22 eastern terminus in Newark, NJ.
US 46 eastern terminus, Fort Lee, NJ.
US 101 has both terminuses in Los Angeles and Olympia, WA.
US 209 northern end in Kingston, NY.
US 219 northern end near Buffalo, NY.
US 301 northern end in Biddle's Corner, DE.
US 422 eastern end in Kingston of Prussia, PA

Any others?

* US 8's western terminus until MNDOT allows an intersection between I-35 and US 61.

* US 40's western terminus at I-80 in Utah if willing to discount the lack of free-flowing movements for WB I-80 to EB US 40

* US 50's western terminus in Sacramento

Some of what the op listed (like US 22 in NJ at its eastern end is colored as an expressway on Google maps), so I'm assuming that expressways are allowed if the op lists one.

US 2 technically terminates one block beyond I-5 (at SR 529), but at that point is basically just a bunch of offramps coming off the Hewitt Avenue Trestle.

US 101 is a freeway at its termini in Olympia and Los Angeles

US 195 terminates in Spokane as a freeway

US 195 is an expressway at that point, since it has many at-grade intersections south of its terminus.

bing101

US-101 in Los Angeles terminates at the East LA Interchange as the Hollywood freeway connecting to the I-5 Santa Ana Freeway. Initially US-101 was supposed to terminate at the US-Mexico border in San Ysidro with Tijuana until the 1964 renumbering.

Voyager75

Western end of US-280 in Birmingham, AL at I-20/59. Part of the Red Mtn. Expressway with US-31.

debragga

US 75's southern end - Dallas, TX

US-50 is freeway for roughly half its length through California. It starts in West Sacramento and is quickly concurrent with CA-99/I-80 Business Loop.

US 59 in Laredo, I think.  Is the 59 designation carried past 35? Or is it just I-69W at that point?

* US 8's western terminus until MNDOT allows an intersection between I-35 and US 61.

Unless you know something I don't, nothing of the sort is proposed.

Actually ends at the traffic circle at BYPASS US 1.  Between that and a couple of private driveway RIROs on its easternmost half-mile, it isn't really a freeway at its terminus.

Quote220 north end

Not sure I'd include this one given the I-86/US 220 interchange is not freeway-to-freeway.

Heh, I held off until you commented in case you knew something I didn't. I gleaned Forest Lake's 2040 comprehensive plan and saw nothing of the sort, although it would have been strange anyway between proximity to two interchanges and MnDOT desperately wanting to control, not increase access on US 8 in general.

The other folks at Travelmapping think so....I would say yes.

Nothing in Washington County's plan, either.  Nor does Chisago County's plan (they're lead on the US 8 study that extends to I-35) indicate it.

Others not yet mentioned:

- US 16's eastern terminus is concurrent with I-190 SD, so that one counts.
- US 36's eastern terminus at US 250.
- US 54's western terminus in El Paso.

bulldog1979

US 223 in Ohio, unless we consider that it follows a ramp off US 23 to terminate at SR 51 and SR 184.

mrcmc888

US 129's northern end in Knoxville, TN.

US 202's southern end may count, depending on your definition of freeway.

hbelkins

Unless I don't remember things properly, US 68's northern terminus in Ohio at I-75 counts.
