That is on EB OK 11 at I-244.  The signs can't be too new because they're not Clearview.

The answer is: nothing!  In the late '80s, Baker went back to its original name, Baker City, which it had dropped in the early 1900's.  So the green-out plate was just placed to add the City to the name.  You're right about the odd font.

I think your sign is from the northern end.  It was briefly replaced with a US 245...



... which in turn was quickly replaced by the correct shield:

A shield that was not supposed to be posted, as Seminole County 425 did not shift to the newer better alignment of Bevier Road. Signs did not last too long before they were removed.
