Bobby Hull was my father's favorite Blackhawk growing up. Even now, I still hear the stories of his legendary slap shots and how he won a Stanley Cup, which turned out to be Chicago's last for a half-decade until Jonathan Toews came along.

The final score was a drag, but Saturday night's game was a very good time. I hadn’t been back to the Triangle in a very long time—this year is 25 years since I graduated from Duke and I’ve only been back once before—so it was nice to visit again.
Plus we had really good seats for the game. I took this right after the opening faceoff. My seat was at exactly the center red line.
