Those aren't wig-wags and neither are the ones in Cincinnati (though the latter may have been at one time.)

Older "decomissioned" Crouse Hinds signals on a Jersey style truss arm in Essington, PA (in the shadows of the Philadelphia International Airport)...



Almost a year later, and the signals are gone, but the truss arms and pedestals still remain...
