35 mph?
It is 35 unfortunately, though it does go up to 40 in the distance.
Rockaway Blvd heading NW in Queens.

I came in late for an easy victory :). Wow, that is a low speed limit for a six-lane divided road!

Next challenge is in km/h, ending in zero.

I was actually thinking that it makes more sense because it is six lanes. If it was striped for four lanes, as it easily could be, the 35 mph would be even more absurd. I would think 35 mph on six lane arterials is not common, but not unheard of either: this segment of NY 104, for example.

How about 90 km/h for this one?

Yes, damn I thought the buildings and school crossing might trick a few people to going lower. Oh well! :spin:

This is on Ontario Highway 64 in Verner (GSV link).

Do you mean because 4 lanes would increase the shoulders? In that case I see your point. Still, what visually looks like a divided highway being only 35 mph is still odd to me (but maybe it's because six-lane arterials in general are very rare in my city).

Yes, I mean the narrow/nonexistent shoulders make it look more like an urban arterial and less like an expressway/freeway, which lowers my expectations for how high the limit would be. As another example, I think there was one from San Fran earlier in the thread that was six lane divided, but it was basically a city street and it ended up being only 30 mph. Of course, both that and my NY 104 example were at lot less freeway-looking than this one, which does look like it could be much higher if not for the narrow shoulders.

Nice! Haha, my eyes went right past the pedestrian sign to the passing lane sign, which indicated a major rural highway to me. I figured 100 km/h might have been too easy, but I actually considered 110 km/h before settling on 90 km/h! I will have another one up in a little bit.
