US-99 fits a grid, and the various state 99s are just renumberings of it.

I-238 is mildly meaningful as it is a renumber of CA-238.

US-400 is indeed pretty meaningless.

US-69 and I-69 fit a grid.  well, kinda, in the case of the hyperextended I-69.

WA 19: Not long enough to be a primary route and WA 20 has to share its child routes with US 2.
WA 181: Shouldn't even exist, no longer connects to its parent route.

US 310 in Montana. Pretty meaningless. Same thing with US 191. They each do not connect with 10 and 91 since they're somewhere else. US 10 ends in Fargo, US 91 is dang near extinction.

I would say 182 in New Jersey as it should be a continuation of NJ 57.
