New Registration Link?

Hello. I'm a longtime "guest" reader of this forum and I decided to join officially -- but I cannot find a registration link anywhere.

The main reason why I want to join is so I can share information about the US 78 Extension in Tennessee and Arkansas. TDOT and ARDOT have begun placing 78 shields on E.H. Crump Blvd. in Memphis and on I-55 across the river in Arkansas. I plan to get pictures of these new shields soon -- but wanted to go ahead and join the forum.
