US/State mixup shield error signs

Not only did the City of Petersburg post US 36 instead of VA 36 in multiple places, they put this one on a 3du shield.

One of my favorites and one I see all the time: Dracut Road merging onto NH-3A in Hudson, NH. The signs say US 3-A, which for one doesn't even exist, and for two, US-3 is on the other side of the Merrimack River (runs concurrently with the Everett Turnpike through Nashua).

And a bit north in Londonderry, we have US 3 being downgraded to NH 3

Both this and the one you posted are quite new (the link I posted the road is brand new 2018-ish, the one you posted I think those went up around 2016-2017). NH rarely if at all makes these mistakes.

NY-114 on Shelter Island has a bunch of US-114 signs, Long Islands closest US Route is US-1 in NYC/ CT. Region 10 should have zero US route shields in their inventory.
This was as of April when I was there working, google street view shows ny route shields so no image to reference.

NYS Office Building in hauppauge Long Island has a guide sign that has a US-454 shield (wrong shield/ font) in place of a NY-454 shield. This sign is handled by NYSOGS not DOT though.

The shields in the link be U.S 54. I think they fixed it, because I probably would have noticed it when I was up there in Nov. 2019.

There are several others, mostly in Old Town. The original US 36 shield, westbound before its turn towards Ettrick, seems to be gone.
