I never bothered to really account for clinches in this system all that well.  I did clinch the Sierra Vista Scenic Byway a couple years ago before the Forest Service started having problems keeping it open.

The only ones I have for certain clinched are
* Red Rock Scenic Byway (on a detour to Sedona while going from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon)
* Mountains to Sound Greenway (is just part of I-90 in Washington)

I've been on most of Woodward Avenue, but can't recall exactly which bits, so it's unlikely I have clinched it.

I think just the Talimena Drive.

I'm very amused by the fact that the government couldn't find anything worth designating as scenic in Texas.

I can't find a decent map that shows what roads are part of this. I can find lists that describe routes, and a few low-res maps, but it's more trouble than it's worth to figure it out. There ought to be a KMZ file for this.

I can see that I've done all five NSBs in California. Also, some All-American Roads, and a couple Federal Agency Byways.

And one thing I notice is that there are an awful lot of roads not on this list that are more scenic than the ones that are.

The Red River Gorge National Scenic Byway is in my backyard, although it's been awhile since I've been on KY 715 past the Gladie Visitor Center.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

I've never tracked these specifically, but here's what I think I have:

NV: Las Vegas Strip
MI: Copper Country Trail
IL: Lincoln Highway
IN: Indiana's Historic Pathways
IN: Whitewater Canal
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

I've been on Trail Ridge Road, Delaware Bayshore Byway, Brandywine Valley Scenic Byway, Historic National Road, Chesapeake Country Scenic Byway, Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway, Religious Freedom Byway, Journey Through Hallowed Ground Byway, Bayshore Heritage Scenic Byway, Delaware River Scenic Byway, Pine Barrens Byway, Skyline Drive, and George Washington Memorial Parkway

I've done all the ones in CT, MA, NH, RI, VT, and most of the Maine ones. Cycled many of those stretches as well.

Sprinkle in some in Virginia and North Carolina (Blue Ridge Pkwy one of them) as well.

Including both Scenic Byways and All-American Roads I have clinched. Namely because I made the list quickly and didn't look to see which was which. It looks like the Selma to Montgomery might be the only of these that is an All-American Road, however. I have been on maybe another 50-60 more, but not clinched them.
