Don't remember seeing a similar topic, and performed a search that came up empty, so here goes:

In what states have you traveled EVERY mile of Interstate Highway?

For me there are six, as follows:

Hawaii
Illinois
Kansas
New Mexico
North Dakota
Rhode Island

States where I'm close:

Arizona (lacking the westernmost stretches of I-10 and I-40)
Missouri (need the new Bella Vista Bypass and I-155)
Nebraska (all but I-76 and I-129)
Oklahoma (less than 25 miles, most of which is I-240)

Itching to hit the road again...
Main Line Interstates clinched:  2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 37, 39, 43, 44, 45, 55, 57, 59, 65, 68, 71, 72, 74 (IA-IL-IN-OH), 76 (OH-PA-NJ), 78, 80, 82, 86 (ID), 88 (IL)

For me, it is currently VA, WV, MD, DC, DE, PA, and NJ.

I believe I have all of Michigan, with the possible exception of I-69 between Flint and Port Huron - I can't remember if I went that way or not. (I don't keep track of clinches, mainly because I was driving for 2-3 decades before I ever became aware of the hobby.)

PA is close; I still need I-70 west of I-79.  After that, the percentages drop off quick.  VA is the only other one above 2/3, and WV, FL, ME, and GA are the others above half.

I had Tennessee until I-269 was signed.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

US 89

Just Utah and Georgia.

All that stands between me and a Colorado finish is two miles of I-25 in Trinidad. Also quite close in Nebraska (missing I-480 and I-680 in Omaha) and Idaho (missing I-90).

For all the exploring I've done in my home states of Massachusetts, Oregon, and California, and nearby Rhode Island and Washington, and for all the cross-country trips I've taken (17), the only state I've clinched the Interstates in is Nevada. I guess that's because freeways are the last roads I'm usually interested in clinching, preferring the smaller state highways.

I expect to finish the few Bay Area Interstate segments that I've missed in the next month or so, though.

Bruce

Only Washington and Oregon so far, and the latter took until just recently. I got a good start on Utah, doing 43% in a three-day span during a trip last year.

DandyDan

I have all of my home state of Iowa and that's it. I accomplished that before officially becoming a resident in 2016, although it took until 2021 before I have driven on all of it.

Delaware for sure - not that difficult.  Most of Nevada except for parts of its 3dis.  I can think of several states (mainly in the West) where I've been on every interstate, but haven't clinched all of them.

CtrlAltDel

I'm still at zero. Even in Delaware, I shunpiked that toll.
Interstates clinched: 4, 57, 275 (IN-KY-OH), 465 (IN), 640 (TN), 985
State Interstates clinched: I-26 (TN), I-75 (GA), I-75 (KY), I-75 (TN), I-81 (WV), I-95 (NH)

JKRhodes

Very close to clinching Arizona and New Mexico.

In AZ, I lack I-40 west of Kingman and east of Sanders.

In NM all I've left is I-40 west of Albuquerque and east of Santa Rosa.
