I find this to be an interesting question when talking to people over the internet.  Even when using skype and you see someone's face, you can't always tell how tall they are.  Plus, I haven't been to any road meets...yet.  So...

How tall is everyone?  It's not an important question; I'm just curious.  Of course, everyone has the right to exercise their liberty to refrain from answering if that is the course one chooses.  Feel free to ignore this if you're not interested.  I'm 6'1".

OK, I'll exercise mine.

I, too, am 6'1". I have been this height since roughly around 8th Grade (4 years ago).

Many of the men in my family are over 6 feet tall (my dad, grandpa, uncle, cousin, etc.), so it is unsurprising that I am at least 6 feet tall as well.

The world (everyone) has 7.6 billion people and the average height of a person is 5ft 4in, so everyone is 7,676,678 miles tall.

It sure as heck better include infants, and everyone that's between an infant and an adult.

I am 6'0" and I'm supposed to reach somewhere between 6'1" and 6'4", although most likely 6'2". As it stands (no pun intended) right now I'm the second shortest person in my house. My mother is 5'7".

It depends whether I'm lying, sitting, or standing.

6'7".  Yes, really.  Weather's fine up here.  No I didn't play basketball.  No my parents weren't that tall.  Size 14.

That should cover the common questions at least.

Okay, I'm game:

(7.7 × 10-7 mi/gal)-½ = (3.33 × 10-9 mi/in3)-½ = (2.1110-4 1/in2)-½ = (4735 in2)½ = 68.81 in = 5' 9".

Which means that fuel economy, dimensionally speaking, is the reciprocal of an area. I don't really know how to interpret that.

I am exactly 1 unit in length of myself, the preferred measurement of my kingdom and its three subjects (the dog uses metric, she's an Australian Shepherd).

This loosely translates to 1/1000th of a frequent flier mile, 0.00111 FFmi, or one millifrequentfliermile after fees and taxes. Thus, I am 1 mffim, or "miffim", because...palindrome.

This is why I frequently get lost: incompatible units.
