I have not seen anything.. but i remembered seeing an error I-95 END shield somewhere when you get off I-95 onto I-4 West.. I think they removed it.. but there was pics of it somewhere in the Interstate Guide

If you look close enough, in this video you will find it.  Of course I filmed it June 10 and have not traveled this way since.  I do not know if it is still there or not, but I saw it with my own eyes.

That END I-95 assembly southbound was still there as of April 2010.

I think that the END 95 sign is from the early 1970s when I-95 and I4 were completed in the area.  I95 was not completed south of the interchange so you drove from 95 directly onto 4 without having an obvious interchange.  This is just conjecture on my part.

hmmm the shield is still there? wow! surprised the FLDOT has not been notified about that.
