Does anyone know of more than one turn lane that does not have a traffic signal on it?
I like all of this. I like va sr 28 to be an interstate highway.

Two examples come to mind.

One is the Latham Traffic Circle, NY 2 and the ramps from US 9.

The second, if they have not modified the traffic circle from my days past (prior to 1998), Interstate 587/NY 28 westbound, Washington Avenue Extension, Exit 19 of the New York State Thruway ramp after the toll booth, NY 28 eastbound and Sawkill Road all have two-lane intersections with the Kingston Traffic Circle.  There used to be only stop signs and/or yield signs at all five points of entrance to the traffic circle.

Please feel free to correct.

With the expansion of the Hampton Roads Center office park in Hampton, VA a few years ago, a new entrance was added off of Magruder Blvd that has 2 left turn lanes, presumably because the city anticipated needing to signalize the intersection like the other entrances once more was developed, but then development halted and the office park now only has 1 or 2 buildings in it.

This expansion also resulted in the construction of a now-underutilized interchange to the north with Commander Shepard Blvd.

There are two intersections in Denton, Tx that have this setup. Both are all-way stops and are in desperate need of signalization.

Whooooooooosh again. Now I know why it was so windy around here.

Should we count intersections that are signalized yet have multiple right turn lanes to the right of a traffic island. Obviously the intersection between the turn lanes and the cross-street through lanes would only be controlled by a yield sign.

Not always.  Here in Illinois, even right turn lanes to the right of an island (no matter how far in most cases) get the signal.

I heard they may do it in early twelvety-six.

So the same year the I-95/PA Turnpike interchange will be done?

To answer the original question, at Seven Corners near Falls Church, Virginia, there are two left-turn lanes controlled only by a yield sign when you go from westbound Wilson Boulevard onto eastbound VA-7 (it's more of a south-southeast direction at that point). In the linked view the straight-ahead lanes are where the white van is to the right of a small median. I hate driving through there at rush hour and will often go a different way rather than get stuck. The inevitable backup is compounded by there being a traffic light, with left-turn lanes, just after you make the left turn, so you have to sort yourself into the proper lane very quickly.
