Super Bowl Sunday will be forever known for its spate of Roads Scholarin' photos of Indianapolis. There's daytime, nighttime, and in-between-time pictures for you to ogle (beep), so point your pooper here...

I'm curious, did you catch the part of the Cultural Trail (the bike lane along Washington Street) that abruptly ends so that a high-end hotel could have their valet parking in the way (at Illinois and Washington?) The Cultural Trail system is neat, but that one section (half a block) has gotten many of the biking community pissed at the city, though given the fact that right-to-work did pass, it's no wonder.

That tall bluish building can't be more than 3 years old either. I visited Indy between August 21-24, 2010. It stood out big time while at Victory Field (AAA-level Pittsburgh of the International League). At that point, I think the place was only NEAR-finished. The RCA Dome was already gone and the expansion work on that site for the Convention Center was already underway. I can't speak for the Amtrak station of bus station, as I didn't set foot in them. I took the IndyGO shuttle van back from the Lucas Oil Stadium area back towards IND (airport). From there, it was the hotel shuttle to where I was staying on Rockville Road, close to I-74/I-465 (Picture taken Sunday, August 22, 2010).
