News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

It's not an at-grade. US 60 is a limited-access freeway. Although I think Business US 60 may be signed with US 61 and US 62.
