I found some in my van, do they have any value to collectors? Surfing the internet for pics, this following page says they are worthless.

Just wondering if I should ebay them or toss 'em in the trash.

hah, that site is a parody of Wikipedia.  any resemblance to real information is purely coincidental.

maybe Steve A would want them?  I think he collects tokens.

I would be interested, at least to have the one in the best condition for my collection. They are not worthless, they just have no cash value for redemption. Considering you can't get them any more, collectors might pay, though not so much unless they become rare. (If you have more than one type of token, or an error, then some may be more valuable than others.)

If you just decide to throw 'em away, I'll take 'em.  I did live in NH for 15 years.  Used to have a roll, but I've moved several times since then and it's been lost.

F350: You appear to be in the DC area. My suggestion is to bring them with you when you go to your first road enthusiasts meeting.  Or if you don't intend to go, you can hand them off to a DC-area enthusiast who does go to meets, and then those of us who are interested can take one.

I can't imagine why someone on this forum would have a problem with the concept of road meets...it is literally discussing the same sort of thing as we discuss on this forum, but in person while having a meal or taking in the sights of an interesting bit of road...

And we also discuss sports, current events, etc., and then drink beer together, go to a hotel pool, or just hang out and watch TV/shoot the breeze till 2 AM. Hey, it's an excuse for people with similar interests to get together. I call that being sociable.

more along the lines of discussing projects going on in the area or possibilities for such, locations of interesting signs nearby, road history, and playing "What's Under That Greenout?"

I didn't get the impression that he has a problem with the concept of meets. I just got the perception that he prefers the term "roadgeek" to "road enthusiast." What did I miss?
