Nevada 163 starts at US-95 and ends at Arizona 95. Are there any other routes with both termini at different routes with the same number?

I think we've had this thread before, but I'd rather sleep than look it up.

VT 279.  If you count the small jog into NY as a reference route, it begins at NY 7 and will eventually end at US 7
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

I-535 begins at I-35 in Duluth and ends at WI 35 in Superior.

You would not be too far off to say that MN-36 begins at I-35W and ends at WI-35, but there is a small stretch of WI-64 before you get to 35.

US 15 ends at US 17 and NY 17(/I-86).
Technically NOT!  US 15's southern terminus is with US 17 Alternate in Walterboro, SC.  Although it is a child of US 17, I guess we can let it slip through.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Mileage-based exit numbering implies the existence of mileage-cringe exit numbering.

PA 152 ends at the same route, PA 309, at both ends.

I can't think of any offhand, but there are probably a bunch that go from a mainline to a 'bannered' route or between two 'bannered' routes.
