Utah DOT major freeway guide signing contract

UDOT doesn't do too many of these--I think this is the first such contract I have seen in about 11 years of following their lettings.  There are almost 100 sign panel detail sheets, all of which are pattern-accurate, in the proposal book.

Good news on the '70 spec Interstate shield sheets, ut unless some of those sign panel detail sheets are to be taken down, we may have a mixture of beehives (pre-2000s with current 2011 specs). Though I'd like to add a US-89 shield to the UT-71 BGS.
Fixing erroneous shields, one at a time...
