Any idea why MN 28 shows up in the Rand McNally atlas as a 4 lane divided highway between Westport and Glenwood .....? Is this just a mistake or is this section of MN 28 actually planned to be 4 laned .....?

That was what I thought, but wanted to clarify ..... I drove that section on Friday and realized that it was not right .....
