News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

I especially appreciated the reference to HB933 in 1955. That was the bill the started cross-pledging of revenues in OK. :pan:
