Any 3dis that intersect their parent three times?

I would like to know, are there any examples of 3dis that intersect with their parent three times?  It would be interesting to know.

If Loop 202 in the Phoenix area of Arizona were to be designated as a 3di (such as I-410), if the South Mountain Freeway were to be built it would be such an example, since it would intersect with I-10 three times.

I-285 in Georgia has three junctions with its parent on account of having a brief overlap with it.

Somewhat honorable mention: I-295/DC 295/MD 295 intersects I-95 three times, but is only an interstate for one of those junctions.

I-494 and I-694 in Minnesota form a continuous route that would have three intersections with its parent if it all had the same number, but it doesn't, probably specifically to avoid the potential confusion that might cause. Same with I-270 and I-255 in St Louis (which would also end on itself if it all had one number).
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

Which reminds me, if Loop 202 were to be designated a 3di, would the South Mountain Freeway be designated separately, with the current Loop 202 as I-410 and the South Mountain Freeway as I-610?  That could perhaps reduce confusion.

Actually it uses the C/D roads. It's debatable whether it's now two interchanges or one huge one.

I-465 was probably the only unarguable example, but RIP. (Although the confusion didn't come from there being three junctions, since the only place it really mattered was southbound on I-65 where the exit for I-465 east was simply several miles before I-465 south.)

I-295 meets I-95 thrice, but there's no access at one crossing.

I-78 probably would have met I-278 thrice under some plans, but, for most of the time that I-78 crossed NYC, I-278 followed the Sheridan.

Isn't there an I-x95 in Baltimore that does similar?
Wait, it's all Ohio? Always has been.
