So, kinda like a Michigan Left, but only for the minor street. Seems odd they will allow left turns from IL-13 instead of making that traffic use the U-turns - that means you still have to cross traffic.

That it is. Would it really hurt to use official fonts instead of Arial or Helvetica or any other sans-serif font that comes installed with Windows or Macs?
