Does anyone know where this "Welcome to Pennsylvania Interstate 80 Highway Please Drive Safely" sign was located?

I couldn't find it at either end of the state on the Goog, made more difficult by the fact I-80 Eastbound hasn't been imaged between the Ohio State Line and Exit 4.

Judging by the roadway off to the right of the sign and the overpass farther down (you can't see it here, I had to mess with the picture to clear the sign up a bit) I think it may have been just west of the toll booths for the Delaware Water Gap heading westbound, pictured here:

I took this picture as a teenager from the back seat of my dads 1986 Caprice Classic, so I am guessing it would have been from the summer of 86 when my dad took us along on a business/visit family trip to the NYC area.  Sorry for the poor quality, it's a picture from an old Vivitar 110 so its smallish to begin with, and then I took this image of the picture with my cellphone and uploaded it.

No–that actually looks quite good for 110, especially considering the way in which you scanned it.

But anyway, I think your guess on the location is probably right. The terrain in the photo doesn't fit as well with the western end.
