Wondering if those signs exist...
(Former) pizza delivery driver with a penchant for highways.
On nearly every other online platform I go by Kurzov - Katavia is a holdover from the past.

" LEFT EXIT \|/ ONLY " or something like that with the placement.

I'm pretty sure the OP doesn't want the hundreds of "Left Lane Exit Only" signs out there.  See two responses up to what he/she actually wants.

On I-95 NB on the Gold Star Bridge in New London/Groton CT:

There's a similar one-line "EXIT \|/ ONLY 1 MILE" sign just before this one for Exit 85, but the 1 MILE portion is missing.

These signs date to c 1985 and are up for replacement with a contract to be let later this year.

I-290 in Chicago have a couple of them when j last drove it, but the signs acroos NE Illinois have been slowly undergoing replacement for about a year now. They could be gone
