The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Cancellation of California state route 133, Laguna Freeway?

Does anyone know about the cancellation of California state route 133, Laguna Freeway from Caltrans? Opposition or enviromental reasons, just curious here why they cancel a 4 lane freeway in Southern Orange County?
