As I was looking up Google Maps to provide a California answer to the question there, I noticed that US 101 from I-5 to Santa Monica Boulevard/Route 2 goes about 6.5 miles of consecutive lettered exits:

1A (southbound only) - 7th Street
1A (northbound only, southbound has no number) - 4th Street
1B (northbound only) - 1st Street
1C (southbound only) - 1st Street
1C (northbound only) - Cesar Chavez Avenue (via Kearney Street)
1D - San Bernardino Freeway spur/I-10 East (the San Bernardino Split interchange)
1E (southbound only) - Mission Road
2A - Vignes Street
2B (northbound only) - Alameda Street
2B (southbound only) - Los Angeles Street
2C (northbound only) - Spring Street
2C (southbound only) - Broadway
3A (southbound only) - Hope Street
3B (southbound - northbound is just Exit 3) - Interstate 110/Harbor Freeway south, Route 110/Arroyo Seco Parkway north (the Four-Level interchange)
4A - Glendale Boulevard
4B - Route 2 east (north)/Alvarado Street
5A (northbound only) - Rampart Boulevard
5A (southbound only) - Benton Way
5B - Silver Lake Boulevard
6A - Vermont Avenue
6B - Melrose Avenue/Normandie Avenue

In that six-mile stretch, one can go from Melrose Avenue to 1st Street via US 101 and not encounter a single ramp that doesn't have a letter attached to it (14 in a row total); once an exit number is officially signed at the southbound 4th Street exit, pretty much every southbound exit (16 consecutive) for the last 6.5 miles of 101 after Santa Monica Boulevard will have a letter suffix.  In total, 20 different destinations on that stretch of 101 have a suffixed exit number.

Can anyone think of another single-numbered stretch of road (so this excludes Kansas City's alphabet loop) that runs this long or longer with a stream of suffixed exit numbers?

Over an 8 mile stretch of the western spur of the NJ turnpike, the exits go 15E, 15W, 16W, and 18W (the unofficial number for the northern toll plaza).  Not as many exits, but longer.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)
