For over 30 years the guide sign at the US 78-SC 61 jct had Charleston as a destination on both routes:

The 2016 GMSV shows a new sign with only Branchville given for US 78...

CNGL-Leudimin

A well known one in the Spanish internet was located here. The sign that used to stand there said 'N-120 Ourense Monforte' in both directions!

Then there's this one I caught a couple years ago:

Currently the right one is greened whited out, although it is still possible to enter the road by turning right. Note that the left one hides something. Indeed, that entrance will be closed as works on this freeway section progress, and both whiteouts will be removed. At that point, turning left will only access a nearby dam.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

I've seen this one on the forum before. Emporia KS signs for Kansas City via I-35 or I-335 to I-70:

Rural routes whose endpoints are both at the same highway. Any third route intersecting it will likely have "Route ##" as both destinations.

This kind of stuff drives me up a wall. The "Camden Yards: Next 6 Exits" sign coming down I-83 into Baltimore is diabolical.

In case of Baseball hall of fame - problem is that there are many way to get there, but none of them is the road.
Google suggests 3 routes - exits 21, 24 and 25, pick any one. exit 17 would be going to Colliersville and taking north on rt. 28.

NYDOT or whoever is responsible for this still ought to just pick one in each direction. Adding any amount of potential indecision to the motorist's plate just isn't helpful. I can't imagine that there would be so much volume heading for the HOF on a daily basis that it'd be some kind of traffic disaster (fear of which is pretty clearly the reason for the Camden Yards ambiguity) on, say, U.S. 20 if they just directed everyone there who was coming in from the east. (And Exit 21 seems to be about the worst of the options, to me - way more twists and turns and changing roads just to save 5 minutes).

Business interests at the exits not chosen would throw a fit.  Have to remember that NYSDOT is a political organization and is therefore subject to influence from such fits.

When the Northeast Expressway first opened between Chelsea and Revere (MA), the double "paddle" sign at the entrance ramp from Route 60 in Revere read "Expressway to Boston Via Bridge (referring to the Mystic River Bridge) " and "60 Boston Via Tunnel" (referring to the Sumner Tunnel).

There's also a traffic thruput issue.  If just one exit was used, on the days when the Hall of Fame is packed, it would potentially lead to gridlock conditions trying to get there.  Thus, by using multiple existing roads, the traffic can be spread out.

Same thing with the Baltimore example above...better to spread traffic out, as no one route can handle all the traffic going to Camden Yards.  Besides, depending on the parking lot, you have to use certain exits to get to specific lots.

I believe that's right due to the higher speed limit if you go left out to Route 103, despite it being about 10 km further.

Exit 118, shows Sandusky

Exit 110, also shows Sandusky

To clarify, I'm looking for the same sign or sign assembly like the first photo I posted on this thread with the same destination accessible by the signs pointing different directions.  Having the same control city for different exits is fairly common in larger areas and that is not what I'm looking for.
