   My travels would look MUCH more impressive if I could include non-Interstate routes. Note also that I make it a point to drive on EVERY mile of freeway whenever I visit a new metro area, though for the Los Angeles area I simply never had the time and in the case of Phoenix MANY miles of freeway have been completed since my visit there in July 1988.
