Photobucket Images Have Returned To Old Posts

Photobucket images have returned to our old posts, but they have a "Hosted by Photobucket" watermark across the bottom. I'm wondering if this was planned all along, or if they had a change of heart. I also wonder how this change affects whether we can once again upload for free, or if this is just for photos uploaded before the change to paid service only?

I wondered the same thing. Too bad then Imageshack don't imitate Photobucket.
