Not-quite-ironically, I-984 would be a not-inappropriate designation for that spur. (984J isn't the Hutch itself, but rather the eastern wye of I-684 that connects to it; parkways such as the Hutch have 9x7 numbers.)

Ah, this one confused me. I don't always drive around in planned routes because my plans change frequently, so I had a hard time finding out where this was. D-Dey helped point me in the right direction and from what I can tell from a visit back in March, that mile marker is possibly gone.

I was on the spur not long ago, and I feel like I did see it. Could be wrong, though.

^ Miami-Dade certainly invents its own standards for road signs, don't they?

Moving up one to 987.

PA 987 near the Lehigh Valley Airport...

...and an terrible-looking error shield for a "US 987" when leaving the airport:

906 backtrack.

Add 906 Spur to the list of highways that are very difficult to clinch.  The last few hundred feet of this highway are in the Hyak snow maintenance facility, where the public is now not allowed.  I'm not sure how much distance this is, because both 906s have been missing from SR Web for a while.  I hope its just a software bug that's preventing high route numbers from being accessed.

989 is the next number...
